- Items must be returned in their original, unopend condition and packaging.
- If you have purchased excess quantity or there is remaining stock, we offer a buy-back option, where the unsold or excess items can be returned for a full refund.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a full refund will be processed within 2 working days.
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Shipping Charges
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
